History
Founded in 1964, Jarret, now Jarret Structures, specializes in the design and manufacture of products which provide shock protection to buildings, bridges and other structures. The fundamental technology of its products is based primarily on the compression of highly viscous elastomeric fluids, a technology that is under continuous development, and that has been successfully applied for more than forty years.

In 2005 Jarret Structures acquired Enidine Incorporateds seismic product business, including its E-Structures subsidiary (www.e-structures.com) , which has been a leader in the energy absorption business for over 35 years. Jarret Structures has the ability to deliver the best products for design safety in civil engineering projects around the world.

In 2008 Jarret Structures was acquired by the company Douce Hydro SAS (World Leader in the design and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders). This acquisition comes to reinforce the position of leadership of the 2 companies in markets with strong demand and now offers a larger range of products with new technical and complementary solutions, an increased development team and a greater presence on an international scale.
